Danny Parrish is a formerly incarcerated entrepreneur, mentor, and driving force behind The Process Experience™.

Drawing from his own journey through the justice system and reentry, Danny became passionate about helping men rebuild their lives with structure, opportunity, and purpose. His mission now reaches even further, supporting veterans who need stable housing and community reintegration, as well as men newly released from incarceration who are ready to change the trajectory of their lives.

Danny’s hands-on experience in both business and rehabilitation gives him a rare perspective. He understands the quiet battles people face when trying to reestablish stability and how small opportunities can spark life-changing progress. He believes that true success isn’t “one-size-fits-all,” and that every man deserves the time and tools to define his own version of redemption.
